letter explaining why you are returning the merchandise. Return this form with your package, postage prepaid. Shipping and

you insure your package and request deliveryconfirmation for your protection. Rusticdecoration.net is not responsible
for packages until they are received at our facility. If returning multiple cartons, please return the items with the
matching invoice in each carton. If you do not request an exchange on your RETURN REASON LETTER, a refund will
be processed if you paid by check or money order. If payment was by credit card, we will credit your account. Please
allow 2 weeks for our receipt and processing.
